- Slips are available for seasonal rental only (May 1 – October 15).
- Payment must be completed before the start of the rental season.
- All rentals are subject to availability.

- Off-season services include pontoon/boat storage, oil change, shrink wrap, and maintenance.
- Additional fees may apply for special services.
3. Reservations & Payments
- Reservation requests through the website are subject to confirmation by Boathouse Marina.
- Boathouse Marina is not responsible for errors or delays in online submissions.
4. Liability
- Boathouse Marina is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of slips, boats, or services.
- Customers are responsible for the security and insurance of their boats.
5. Website Use
- Users must not misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
